I'm in an area where there is quite a bit of grass that is growing wonderfully and on a block I pass by daily, the grass is no different, or I should say for now, and the reason I say for now is because I am beginning to see a slight change in the color due to the sun beaming down on it and it's thirst for water.
This particular area of grass is right on the side of an apartment building and each time I walked by, I would have to walk on the grass. which is always plushed and soft to the touch, let alone wet, to escape the water that settled on the sidewalk and I believe that people have been complaining about it, due to it being summer and many are wearing saddles now, so who ever is responsible for watering down this wonderful grass stopped, and I think it's because they used an automatic Water devise to take care of feeding the grass.
Now the person who is responsible for watering the grass, used a automatic sprinkler and due to him or her not being able to use the springer any longer, which caused the puddle on the side walk the grass is thirsty and leading toward death.
For about two days there have been a water hose out side of the building and I purposely walk on the grass to see if it was wet and it wasn't during several times of the day, with the water hose still on the out side.
Now I couldn't help but think about what if any of us in our ministry had to go out our way to give the food that is needed to feed someone who is starving for what ever it maybe, rather the Gospel, friendship, the sharing of love, or just a hug.
Would we be the one with the water hose to feed and not do so, because of not having the easy way to get it done, or would we pick up our armor and get busy watering down the grass, sharing seeds to help possibly save someone who may be in need?
Blessings to each of you.
